This report has been written for new entrants to the Internet. It is
designed to get someone going in as little time as possible with a website
whose technology will give them a huge advantage in growing that site,
using advanced tools usually only available at a great cost. Special
attention has been given to provide explanations (written and Video) at
a beginner's level, yet a user experienced in web technologies, but having
no exposure to Content Management Systems will benefit greatly. Very
importantly, this guide does not tell you how to assemble and tighten
every nut and bolt (the Joomla! site help files do that), rather it's an
expose of the installation techniques, the cream of the third-party
extensions (saving literally hundreds of hours of trial and error) and the
necessary work flow
